Best time for Everest base camp Luxury trek

The months of March, April, and May fall under the spring season. The temperature begins to warm, the hills turn green, and the flowers are starting to bloom. Nature awakens after a long hard winter. These months are the best time to trek the Everest base camp. The blue sky and the weather and climate are just perfect for sightseeing the scenic beauty of the Himalayas.

The autumn months of September, October and November are also considered the best time for trekking. Many tourists arrive in Nepal to trek in these months as it is the peak trekking season. The monsoon clouds will have disappeared by then. The weather is warmer during the day and the nights are colder. There is no snowfall, and no rain in the summer heat, you can enjoy the stunning landscape in all its glory.

The Difficulty level of Everest base camp luxury trek

The 130 km round trip is an exciting as well as challenging route in the world. We trek for 6-8 hours everyday for 12 days and at high altitude. The trail moves along in a path that has a lot of ups and downs. The oxygen levels decrease as you raise the elevation. The oxygen levels are at 93 per cent at Namche and about 75 per cent in the Everest base camp. Hence the altitude and the altitude-related sickness makes the trek quite tricky.

The primary key to trek in the Everest base camp is to go slow. You will need to trek slow, take regular breaks and hydrate yourself. You will also acclimatize at Namche and Dingboche to adjust your body to the altitude. A basic level of fitness and training is also recommended.
